Sai Aashraya Trust is a Public Charitable Trust registered under Section 80G and 12A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 for carrying out activities in the areas of:

Sai Aashraya Trust has been granted recognition under Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 (FCRA). Contributions to the Trust qualifies for exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. 

Sai Aashraya is also registered in the USA as SAI AASHRAYA INC, a 501(C)(3) Non-
Profit (EIN / Tax ID: 26-1983198). All contributions to the trust are tax deductible to the full extent permitted by law.

Donations from overseas donors can be received by Sai Aashraya Trust, only in the designated bank account maintained with State Bank of India, New Delhi Main Branch. 
Who can remit donation for credit to the FCRA designated bank account:

  2. Non Resident Indians (NRI) who have acquired foreign citizenship
  3. Person of Indian Origin (PIO) /Overseas Citizen of India (OCI)
